Bellevue Cascais has reached structural completion ahead of the original programme schedule. The superstructure is complete across all 14 residences and common areas, and the project has moved into the interior fit-out phase. Handover to purchasers remains targeted for Q4 2026, with the sales programme now at six residences available from fourteen.
The structural frame of Bellevue Cascais is now complete. All fourteen residences across the four building clusters have reached full height, and the concrete superstructure has been signed off by the project's structural engineer and independent inspector. This milestone, reached two weeks ahead of the original programme, marks the transition from a construction site to an interior fit-out project.
For purchasers who have visited the site in recent months, the transformation is striking. What was raw concrete and scaffolding at the end of 2025 is now a legible series of pavilion volumes stepping down the hillside, their terraces oriented precisely to capture the morning light over the bay. The relationship between the building and the landscape, which was always central to the architectural vision, is now fully readable from the site.
The project is now entering its most detail-intensive phase. Interior fit-out will proceed residence by residence over the next eight months, beginning with the upper cluster where the majority of sold units are located. The specification includes large-format Portuguese limestone flooring, bespoke joinery by a Lisbon-based workshop, and kitchen architecture designed in collaboration with the project's interior designer.
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in work is complete across the building. Heating and cooling, hot water, and the home automation infrastructure are in place and awaiting commissioning. External terraces, pool works, and landscaping will commence in parallel with the interior programme from April 2026.
We build slowly and we build well. Every material in this project has been sourced with the same intention as the site selection: to create residences that belong to this hillside, not residences that happen to be on it.
REIS Development Team, February 2026Handover to purchasers is targeted for Q4 2026, with a provisional schedule running from October through to December depending on residence type and location within the building. Purchasers will be invited to conduct a pre-handover inspection in September, at which point any snagging items will be identified and addressed before legal completion.
For buyers who are yet to commit, the structural completion milestone provides a clear and visible indication of programme confidence. The six remaining residences span a range of typologies, from two-bedroom garden-level units to the four-bedroom penthouse with its uninterrupted bay view. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect the reduced build risk now that the project has passed this significant milestone.

At this stage of construction, a visit to the building is significantly more informative than any rendering or floor plan: you can stand on your terrace, understand the orientation, read the proportions of the rooms, and see the bay.
